At Shay KoKo & Co, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their beauty care products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a full refund to the original payment method or store credit. Please note that we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
